About the Advisor

I am a clinical adoption and commercial enablement executive with 18+ years of experience working for large strategics- Stryker,  Cardinal Health and early commercial- Aerobiotix, Moximed; orchestrating their move from product launch  to clinical adoption — and from clinical adoption to sustained commercial growth by building clinical advocacy. 


I partner with MedTech organizations to rapidly build the education and clinical engagement infrastructure required to scale. My work spans the full commercialization arc: pre-launch VOC and market seeding, year-one launch execution, sales force clinical readiness, and enterprise-wide relaunch strategy following regulatory disruption. Where others engage post-approval, I build the clinical infrastructure that shapes market readiness before commercialization begins. 


My methodologies — including a Tiered Sales Competency Model, a structured KOL Development Pathway, and a Segmented Education Deployment Model; have delivered measurable results across multiple clinical and procedural areas. Impacts include successful sales territory scaling with reduced ramp time and procedure/product usage acceleration, resulting in deeper market penetration and increased revenues. 


I bring equal depth to the platforms that make programs scalable and defensible — FDA-aligned compliance tracking, Sunshine Act and AdvaMed compliant faculty engagement, FMV structures, and governance frameworks built to survive audit and acquisition due diligence alike. 


As a trusted advisor and interim executive, I provide the strategic leadership, board-level communication, and cross-functional alignment that organizations need when the stakes of getting clinical adoption wrong are highest.
